On the latest news on the rebrand of Bluhalo, we thought it would be nice to explain the history of the name.
Blue Halo New Media Ltd, the name was created back in 1999, and was incorporated in January 2001, Founded by Spencer Gallagher, Blue Halo the name was inspired by a number of companies who use a colour and object. But for those of who remember BlueHalo being created as a combination, being selected came from the help of a dictionary and a little divine intervention.
Spencer Gallagher, traded originally as K2 consulting which became Blue Halo New Media Ltd and designed and build websites, the original domain name url http://www.bluhalo.com/ was used and we owned bluehalomedia.co.uk and bluehalomedia.com too.
A couple of years later the website Blue Halo .co.uk suddenly appeared as a competitive business trading as a much smaller entity as a sole trader/partnership business, in order to try to different ourselves, Spencer Gallagher dropped the e on Blue Halo and trademarked Bluhalo ltd.
The Company also called Blue Halo located in Manchester have now re branded as Adshires.
Bluhalo, is often wrongly written as BluHalo and Blu Halo.
We are excited to announce our company rebrand, to launch over the next several weeks in line with the office move.
